Returns

Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return any book in its original condition for a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Please note: we can process returns and refunds only for items that fall within this policy and that were purchased directly from iccspress.com.

To make a return, indicate the reason for your return, include a copy of your packing slip, and wrap the package securely. If you no longer have your packing slip, please write your order number, name, address, and phone number on a separate sheet of paper and include it in the package. Send returns to:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
